Billy Howell Williams, Sr., age 87, of Powder Springs, GA, died August 25, 2019.  Mr. Williams was born in Smyrna, GA to Carl & Ruth Williams and was a graduate of Marietta High School.  He was an avid NASCAR fan, an Air Force Veteran and worked for many years at Wade Ford.  He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ina Bruce Williams, sons Steve & Bruce Williams, & daughter Connie Parliman.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, 10:30 AM, at Georgia National Cemetery, in Canton, GA.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the McEachern United Methodist Church, 4075 Macland Rd, Powder Springs, GA, 30127, in Memoriam of Bill H. Williams.
