Genie Gardner Lee

Genie Frances Gardner Lee, 84, of Kennesaw, GA, passed away August 2, 2019, in Rome, Georgia. 

Genie was born in Talladega, AL to Allen Andrew Gardner and Willie Herndon Wynn on January 21, 1935.  She was a devoted wife to Clark Delano Lee of Bon Air, AL, and was a loving mother of three children Clark (Tracie) Lee, Lisa Pierce and Michael Lee, and one niece/daughter Frances (Jim) Gardner Burnside, who blessed her with 8 beautiful grandchildren. 

Genie is preceded in death by her parents, her four brothers, and her husband. 

Visitation for friends and family will be held at Georgia Funeral Care in Acworth on August 6 from noon to 2 p.m.  Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., and burial will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery in Kennesaw.
