I am sorry to hear about Joann's passing. I have always been grateful for the way Joann and William accepted both my wife Nancy and I as new members of the ballroom dance club, and lady my new dancing partner, Dee. I enjoyed their visits to our May dances, especially for the 25th anniversary year of the club when Dee and I were presidents. My prayers and thoughts are for warm memories that help during this time of grief for William and his family. John Como Reply to this comment

I was very saddened to learn of the passing of Joann. She was the Matriarch of the Indiana Ballroom Dance Club which has brought so much enjoyment to so many people. My husband, Ford, and I spent a lot of time dancing with Joann and Bill; taking lessons together in Pittsburgh and were Charter Members of the IBDC. Joann was loved by everyone she met. She was a very kind, energetic lady. She will be greatly missed. My sympathies go out to Bill and their family. I can honestly say, 'I know what you are going through.' God bless you.
