Richard Louis Allen: July 26, 1934 - Sept 8, 2018 

Richard Louis Allen of Beulah Alabama passed away Saturday Sept 8th at his daughters home in Beulah. Mr. Allen was born July 26, 1934 in Independence Missouri to Louis Allen and Mildred Allen. Mr. Allen was proceeded in death by his loving wife, Erma Allen and brother in laws James Wilbanks and Paul Wilbanks Jr. Mr. Allen is survived by his daughter, April (Kirk) Coburn, Son, Paul Wilbanks Jr III and sister in law, Rebecca Chanley. Many grand-children, great-grand children, nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Allen was a hard working, loving family man.

He had been a certified Ford mechanic since the 1960's and a certified Mercury outboard mechanic since the 1980's.

A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday Sept 30th at his daughters home, followed by grave site to bury his and his wife's ashes together.
