Karin Miller

Karin Miller, age 77, passed away Thursday, Jan 24th at Lee County Rehab in Leesburg Ga.

Karin was born Oct. 5, 1941, in Frankfurt Germany to her mother Erna Oswald and her father Paul Oswald.

Karin came to Albany, Ga in 1970 and became a United States citizen. She worked various jobs which included school bus driver, cross walk guard at Deerfield and The ARC. She enjoyed helping her community and was a member of the German Club and on the bowling team. 

Karin is survived by her two daughters, Connie Miller McCabe (Rich Garrett) of Jupiter, Fl. and Shirley Miller Bateman (Wayne) of Tyler, TX . Her grand-children, Christa, Sarah, Hannah, KJ, Abby and great grand-children Emma, Scarlet and Maverick. Her sister Marlies and nephew Joachim of Frankfurt Germany. She is preceded in death by her mother and father.

Karin loved people and enjoyed traveling, she never met a stranger.
