Albert Russell Medford, Jr, age 83, of Acworth, GA passed away peacefully on Thursday, Dec 6, 2018.  Born on Aug 29, 1935 in the Village of Mount Kisco, NY, he was one of 10 siblings; and the son of Albert Russell Medford and Bernice Medford.  

Albert, known as Al to his friends and “FaFFa” to his large family of grandchildren and great grandchildren was preceded in death by his parents and eight of his siblings along with his son Albert Russell Medford, III and two daughters Debora (Debbie) Luna and Tina Carman.  He is survived by his sister, Louise Mosley of Baldwin, FL; son John Medford (Ing-Marie) of Acworth, GA and their children Jennifer (Tyler) and Joshua (Kara); son Michael Medford of Carrolton, GA;  daughter-in-law Tracy Medford (A. R. Medford III) of Lexington Park, MD and their children Christopher (Heidi), Ashley and Brandon; and the children of Debora Luna, Laurie (Keith), Tommy and Janise and the son of Tina Carman, Guy;  as well as 12 great grandchildren and loving nieces, nephews, cousins and “heart” family members.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Dec 15, 2018 from 2:00 PM:-3:00 PM  at The Georgia Funeral Care, 4671 South Main Street, Acworth, GA.  A memorial service will be held following visitation at 3:00 P.M.
