Annie Beatrice Blackmon (Bea), age 93 passed away peacefully at her home in Tallapoosa, Georgia on Friday, December 4th, 2020. She was born on August 14th, 1927 in Roswell, Georgia to the late John and Eva Harris. She was preceded in death by her husband L.D. Blackmon. Sisters Carrie Wilkins, Mae Eaton, Lounette Fountain, Aileen Higdon, Willene Morris, Dot Padgett, and Brother Hubert Harris.
She is survived by daughters Darlene (Daryl) Smallwood and Jenny Greene. Grandchildren, Daryl (Wendy) Smallwood Jr., Vonda (Ricky) Hilderbrand, Angie (Jimmy) Zomprelli, Christie (Jason) Stewart, Kelly (Jason) Smallwood, Amanda Smallwood, Alison (Joey) Prater, Brandon (Kristen) Barnes. Great Grandchildren Tyler (Nicole) Hilderbrand, Blake Berryhill, Tanner (Amber) Hilderbrand, Katie Hilderbrand, Ashley (Phillip) Hall, Dakota Rowland, Annabell Zomprelli, Cameron Prater, Anson Stewart, Peyton Zomprelli, Hunter Smallwood, Lilly Kate Zomprelli, Temprance Barnes, Lincoln Barnes, and Hudson Barnes. Great Great Grandchildren Walker Hilderbrand, Easton Hilderbrand, Hoyt Hilderbrand, Raylee Smead, and Aydan Smead, and many nieces and nephews.
Bea loved God and her family. She was a member of Highest Praise Church of God in Austell. In accordance with her wishes she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held Sunday, December 13th, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Highest Praise Church of God in Austell, Georgia with Pastor Tony Stallings officiating.
