Elaine Wheeling Spice, 59

Vickie Elaine Wheeling Spice, 59, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2020. Born June 10, 1961 in Marietta, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Evelyn Owl Reed Wheeling and sister of the late Dewayne Wheeling.

She is survived by her three daughters, Amanda, Debbie and Kelly: Sister, Robin Bailey: five grandchildren: two nephews and two nieces.

She enjoyed cooking and spending time with family. She was also a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

Memorial Service will be scheduled for family members at a later date due to COVID-19. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to:
