Wanda Jean Pugh (Chandler) was born July 12, 1951 in Atlanta, GA. She passed away on December 26, 2019 in her home in Woodstock, GA. Wanda grew up in Tucker, GA and attended Tucker High School. After high school she married and had a daughter. 

Wanda is the daughter of Mack and Mary Chandler and had two sisters; Janet Howard and Myra Ward, as well as two brothers; Larry Chandler and Jerry Chandler. Wanda is survived by, daughter Tiffany Bing, granddaughter Cailyn Bing, and grandson Jackson Bing.  In lieu of flowersthe family is accepting donations for funeral expenses at everloved.com
