We provide Funeral Services just about anywhere in metro Atlanta and throughout North Georgia, especially in Acworth, Cartersville, Kennesaw, Woodstock. If you don’t already have a church location selected, we can help you find that special place. We also have a private, cozy chapel available for your loved one’s service.
Our professional staff will arrange burial at a national cemetery along with Military Honors for a dignified military service. Special veterans caskets, with the appropriate military insignia, may be used for burial ceremonies, during which family and friends can gather to give a final salute to our fallen heroes.

When cremation is chosen, celebrating your loved one’s life is every bit as important as it is with a burial. At Georgia Funeral Care & Cremation Services, our caring, experienced staff will guide you through every step of creating a beautiful, personalized service.

What is Green Burial? Green burials have been practiced for centuries and were common until the late 19th century. Green burials do not use a formaldehyde-based embalming. Caskets made of metal or exotic wood, concrete burial vaults or large stone monuments are not used.

Testimonials From Our Families

We are excited to be opening a Veterans Museum at our funeral home, Georgia Funeral Care & Cremation Services! We had our first donation from Harold Hollingshed, Air Force Vietnam Veteran and a member of the Georgia Vietnam Veterans Alliance. Harold, thank you so much for your service and for your kind donation of personal and family military heirlooms. You are much appreciated!

From left to right we have Reed Marcy, Brett North, Harold Hollingshed, and Kevin Marcy.

Georgia Funeral Care was so honored to host The Veterans’ Lunch Bunch for lunch at The Cowan Historic Mill. These are a very special group of men and women from all branches of the military. We were honored to have veterans from WWII, Korea and Vietnam in attendance. Thank you for your service!! We look forward to doing it again soon! God Bless!

Georgia Funeral Care & Cremation Services focuses on assisting you to celebrate and honor the lives of your loved ones in a way that is affordable for your family. We have lost loved ones too from the Marcy family who were very beloved veterans that's why we take this very seriously. We are humbled and honored to offer that same level of care, thoughtfulness, and appreciation for the service and sacrifices made by your loved ones too.
