PAULK, Ann Marie
It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Ann Marie Paulk, of Marietta, GA, announce her passing on March 30, 2023. Ann passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a lengthy battle with breast cancer at the age of 91 years. She will be lovingly missed by her sons: Richard Paulk, of Columbus, GA, Michael Paulk (Debbie Francis) of Acworth, GA, her brother: Raymond W. Tibbitts Jr. (Marilyn) of Naples, FL, and her niece and long time caregiver: Carol Acito (Brian) of Woodstock, GA, as well as several other nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Ann will also be profoundly missed by several life long friends.
Ann was predeceased by her two sisters: Jean Nash and Shirley Donato, and her parents: Raymond W. Tibbitts Sr. and Elizabeth Mae Tibbitts. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the awesome nurses and the staff at Trinity Hospice, Acworth GA, for the wonderful care, compassion and love that they showed Ann everyday.

We all know the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life”, and Ann truly did live a wonderful life. She was the star of our lives in so many ways. As we mourn the loss of Ann, we remember the wonderful days and moments that we were able to share with her. Whether you knew her for a long or short time, you saw how special of a person she was and how she positively impacted so many lives, just with her presence. To properly celebrate and honor this remarkable lady and her life we were fortunate enough to be a part of, please join us on Saturday, May 13th, 2-5pm, at Covered Bridge Condominiums Clubhouse 2475 Chatsford Road, Marietta, GA 30067.
We will be sharing some of our memories to laugh to, to cry
to and to remember such an intelligent, kind, loving, beautiful woman who is
greatly missed. Chaplain Laura Bondurant MDiv from Trinity Hospice will be
officiating. If you would like to read a prayer or poem or sing a song please
