Barbara R. Henry, 77, of Atlanta, Ga, died peacefully and with dignity on April 23, 2018 following a brief battle with endometrial cancer. At the time of her death, she was surrounded by her two daughters, Debbie Henry and Andrea Henry, as well as the latter's dear dog, Pearlie, who Barbara loved and who loved Barbara.  Barbara was a proud mother and grandmother and a devoted volunteer who taught, by her example, the value of helping others. Her work over the years at the Center for the Visually Impaired was especially appreciated by both the clients and the administration. She cared deeply about healthy living, self-improvement, and a life modeled by Christian values.  She is survived by her two daughters, Debbie Henry and Andrea Henry, her son, Kevin Henry, and her two grandchildren, Angeline Kankam and Rachel Kankam. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Henry Kabakoff, and her brother, Reid Kabakoff. Barbara will forever be loved and missed.
