Dorothy Jean Payne

Dorothy Jean Payne,age 79, of Cartersville, GA, received her angel wings on September 7, 2017.Mrs. Payne was a lifelong Cartersville resident, she loved her family dearly,was always smiling and everyone that met her loved her.  She is survivedby her husband, Hugh Payne, children, Scott Huskins, & Lynn Gilbert (Jeff),grandchildren, Candice Huskins, Courtney Defoor (Brian), Cody Perkins (Kristy),& Riley Huskins, 8 great-granchildren, siblings, Claude Callahan, PaulineGravley, & Ann Miller.  She was preceded in death by her parents,Susie & Grady Callahan, 4 sisters & 2 brothers.  The funeral willbe held on Sunday, September 10, 2017, 4 PM, at Creekside Fellowship Church,585 Old Alabama Rd SE, Cartersville, GA. with Pastor Mike Abernathyofficiating.
