Al attended and graduated from John Marshall Harlan High School, and later in life amongst the many positions he held became a Microsoft

While in the Army he married Vanessa Echols and through this union was blessed with three children. He leaves to cherish in his memory three children Dwayne (Buddy), Yonna, and Diane. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Three sister’s Rhonda (Bonnie Love), Tina (Teenie Weenie) and Mecille (MeMe) and a very loving brother Charles. A host of nieces and nephews who loved him unconditionally and a dear friend Stacy.

Al was an unselfish spirited person.  He shared his life with all he knew and left them with a part of him they will never forget.

On the night of March 3, 2020 Al made his heavenly transition to be with the Lord in peace.  He is preceded in death by his mother Lurene, Father Bartimaeus, brother Bart Jarnel, and sister Deborah Ann.

  You never said good- bye
