ANDREW JOHN SCOTT MOORE (Andrew)  passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Tranquility Hospice in Marietta, Georgia, USA.

Andrew was the beloved partner and soulmate of Heather. He was the cherished son of Jean and the late George Scott Moore, and a much-loved stepson of Colin. Andrew was an adored father to Kaya and Brooke Lynn; he was truly the best dad! He was also a beloved nephew of Sue and Ernie and a cousin to Phil. Andrew was loved by all for his sense of humor, his zest for life, and his deep friendships. He had a passion for playing and watching football, especially Liverpool FC (You’ll Never Walk Alone), snowboarding, music, and spending time in the countryside.

Andrew was born in Dumfries, Scotland, and grew up in a small market town in South West Scotland. He completed his education at primary and high school levels, and he pursued higher education at Dumfries Technical College, where he earned his HNC and HND in Media Studies.

Upon leaving school, Andrew started his first job as a Management Trainee at William Lowe, one of Scotland's largest supermarkets, where he worked his way up to Deputy Manager at the Helensburgh location on the West Coast of Scotland.

After some time, he decided to take a different path and worked at the University of Glasgow College Club for several years before returning to study at the University of Salford in England, where he obtained a degree in Media Studies. This led him to a job in London, where he worked for eight years before moving to the USA.

In the United States, Andrew met Amy, got married, and welcomed two beautiful daughters. After moving from New York to Kentucky, he joined HUMANA and eventually relocated to Georgia, where he later met Heather, the love of his life, and they experienced true happiness together.
