Mr. Bill Davis 91, of Cartersville Georgia passed away at his home on Thursday July 3, 2025. Mr. Davis was born April 18,1934 in Bartow County. He is preceded in death by his wife Louise P. Hightower Davis, his parents Reverend Alfred B. Davis and Paulene K. Davis, Brothers Alfred Davis and Marvin Davis, Sisters Mary Davis Lillie Mae Herrod, and Alma Lee Adcock. Bill is survived by Stepdaughter Mary Ann Henson (Tommy) and Stepson Robert Lee Hightower (Betty). He is also survived by Step-Grandson Michael Sean Henson (ShaRee), Step-Granddaughters Sarah Janacek (Jason) Olivia Hightower (Joseph) and Erin Snow (Josh) and several Step-Great Grand children. In his early years, Bill was a taxi driver for 600 Taxi in Cartersville. Later Bill was a Fireman in Euharlee Georgia. Following this he was a licensed Electrician and Plumber. He was a man of many talents. He became a building Contractor for many houses in Bartow County. Mr. Davis was a lifelong member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 1931 in Cartersville Georgia where he served as a past Governor of the Moose Lodge. He had many close Moose friends. Mr. Davis was an active member of the Stilesboro Masonic Lodge 260 where he once served as Worshipful Master. He will be honored by a Masonic Graveside Service at Sunset Memory Gardens in Cartersville Georgia on July 9, 2025 at 10:00am.
