Bridgett Marie Hicks

Bridgett Hicks was born on August 25, 1974 to her young parents Byron and Vicki Buie. She grew up on the river in the house her dad built himself in Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her grandparents and aunt. Surviving family members are her father Byron, brothers: Cliff, Phillip and Keenan, children: Brooke Harris (son in law Avery Harris) and Luke Lane, and grandchildren Zack Hamilton and Judah Harris.

Bridgett married and homeschooled her 2 children through high school. She went to college and became an LPN after first educating her kids. She loved geriatric care and worked in several assisted living facilities before settling into hospice care.

She loved kayaking, spending time with family and friends (especially her grandbabies), thrifting, drinking coffee, making bracelets, and reading her Bible.
