Darrell James Cook

Darrell James Cook, age 65 of Acworth, GA formerly of Kennesaw, GA passed away on September 13, 2026.

Darrell was born on January 14, 1961 to the late Harold Clyde Cook and Barbara Ann Carlisle cook.

He is survived by a brother, Curtis Clyde cook, a son, Stephen Cook, and aunt, Doris Hayes, uncle, Howard Cook. He is also survived by a host of cousins.

Darrell grew up in Kennesaw, GA and graduated from Sprayberry High School. He was employed by Fazoli's resturant in Cartersville.

Darrell was a sweet soul with a kind heart that would help anybody out that he could, despite the hardships and challenges he faced after the passing of his parents. A true testament to the person he was.

He was a very talented dancer and enjoyed making dance videos, in addition to lifting weights in his spare time.

However, the most important thing that Darrell did in his life was accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savio four years ago at Northwest Christian Church in Acworth, GA

Darrell will be missed by family, friends and co-workers.
