James Kenneth Goins Jr.

James Kenneth Goins, Jr., aka Kenny, a resident of Kennesaw, Georgia, passed unexpectedly on December 31, 2022 at the age of 58. 

Kenny was born in Asheboro, North Carolina and is survived by both parents, Mother Barbara Burrell of Franklinville, NC and Father James Kenneth Goins of Asheboro, NC, Sisters Teresa Goins and fiancé Kenneth Gilland of GA and Tammie Pickell and husband Terry Pickell of GA, Brother Darrin Nichols of NC, Daughter Leighann Goins of GA and his loving fiancé Tina Vollrath of GA. Many Aunts, Uncles, Neice, Nephews and cousins. 

Kenny was employed at Kennesaw Whistle Stop Café for 18 years and has been with Carols Café in Kennesaw for 4. 

The family will hold a Memorial Service at Georgia Funeral Care & Cremation at 4671 South Main Street, Acworth, GA 30101 on January 8th at 6:00 pm. Receiving of friends at 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers we request you donate to Shady Grove Baptist Church – 1654 Bells Ferry Road, Marietta, GA 30066 to the attention of Reverend Hayward Bass.
