Jeffery Downey Jr of Kennesaw Georgia passed away March 21, 2026. He loved his job at Wendy’s and his best friend/boss Darnisha Bates.
Jeffery had a big heart, loved his family. He loved his Georgia Bulldogs and never missed game. Survivors include his wife, Christina, Khloee and Collin, sister Heather Downey, Metairie Louisiana , brother Clint Lumpkin Altoona Alabama, In-laws Robert and Debbie Mize, sister in-law Amanda Fischer , Uncle Ken Bohanon, Aunt Diana Villa Rica Georgia, Uncle Larry Dupree Hammond Louisiana, Uncle Bill Downey, Aunt Wendy Mobile Alabama, Aunt Judith Brewer Foley Alabama, Aunt Lisa K Griffis Meredith Abita Springs Louisiana Uncle Randy Rowell Fountain Alabama and
He had several cousins. He was preceded in death father Jeffery Downey Sr, Mother Kathy Middleton.

Services for Jeffery will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026.  Visitation will be held in the chapel of Georgia Funeral Care from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM with the funeral starting at 1:00 PM.
