Ms. Jerrie Dean Roseberry

September 3, 1959 – September 27, 2025

Jerrie Dean Roseberry passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025, at the young age of 66 years old. Jerrie courageously fought a hard and long health battle, since August 2024.

Jerrie will forever be fondly remembered for her endless compassion and selflessness, generosity, intellect, warm smile, being a savvy business woman, her love of her fur & feather babies and her love for keeping things in order. She was often known as the “director” because she loved making sure all details were not missed. She attended Creekside Fellowship Church and was loved by all. For the past 28-years she was employed by Wellstar, where she found a home and loved being. Being a part of such a great organization brought her great happiness and joy. All of her awards were hung with pride so she could share each story, when asked. Her friends, family, coworkers and church family will miss her infectious laugh and the joy she brought into each of their lives.

Jerrie is predeceased in death by her father (Adam Roseberry, Jr.), maternal grandparents (Harvey & Nettie Mae Ledbetter), her beloved aunt (Cora Williams Womack), her uncle (Charles Edward Ledbetter) and her cousin (Jennie Ledbetter Newton).

She is survived by her mother (Nettie Lou Fischer), two sisters (Donna Westmoreland and Rhonda Testerman (Ted)), her life partner of thirty years and love of her life (Donald Leroy Smith), cousins (Randy Hicks, Traci Sims, Jessica Cook, Jonathan Ledbetter, Jamie Dyer and Joseph Newton).

Honorary Paul Barriers will be: Randy Hicks, Joseph Newton, Lee Sims and Kirk Cagle.
