Joyce Kiple

Joyce Kiple, wife, mother of three, grandmother to eight, and loved friend to many, died on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the age of 76 from complications after hip replacement surgery.  She died quietly at Kennestone Hospital with her husband at her side.  She had struggled bravely for the last three years against failing kidneys, hip and back problems, artery blockages, and spinal cord pressures.

Joyce’s greatest joy was her family and her grandchildren, and she had an infectious laugh and personality that captivated everyone she knew.  She loved the water but couldn’t swim.  She was a strong, principled, and wonderful lady.  To say she will be missed is a major understatement.  The light of her life wasn’t extinguished, just transferred to her father in heaven, where she is now reunited with her sister, mother, and family where she can live forever pain free and happy.

A private memorial will be held at 2:00 pm on July 17th at Georgia Funeral Care.  Her ashes will be distributed to her husband and her three children at the memorial.
