Margaret Lottie Ann Hamby was born on June 23rd, 1965, in Atlanta, Georgia to Betty Ann Cline and Emory Russell Hamby. The eldest of three, she grew up in Marietta, Georgia and attended Osborne Middle and High School. She married William Allen Brown (Buck), the love of her life, in November 1981 in the city of Marietta, Georgia. After a brief time living in Florida, they moved back to the Smyrna area. Margaret Ann, while she had no children, had the softest spot for furry friends, including Scooby – Snoopie – Buster - Sonny Girl – and Duncan. We know they crowded her feet with wagging tails when she arrived to the pearly gates along with her father, Emory, and her husband, Buck. She is survived by her mother, Betty, her sisters, Gloria and Tim Townsend of Acworth, Georgia, Annette Hicks of Kennesaw, Georgia and brother-in-law Shawn Hicks of Holly Springs, Georgia. Furthermore, she is survived by her niece, Brittany Hester of Madison, Wisconsin and nephew, Jordan Hicks of Kennesaw, Georgia and her sweet pup, Minnie May. Margaret was a free-spirited lover of rock and roll. She believed in peace, being kind and had immense love and faith in the Lord, her Savior. She was a talented artist and kind hearted soul who would occasionally hide when it was time to do the dishes but first to say Grace for meal. She will be greatly missed and honored often.
