Maria Teresa Rodriguez

Maria Teresa "Tere" Rodriguez, 79, of Kennesaw, Georgia, passed away on July 19, 2026. She was born on November 4, 1946, in Laredo, Texas.Tere devoted her life to her family and to caring for others. She found joy in cooking, baking, and creating lasting memories with those she loved. Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought endless love and pride to her life.Tere is survived by her son, Amador "Nuno" Rodriguez III; her daughter, Angelica "Angie" Rodriguez Dobbs; her beloved grandchildren, Tristan (Mykal), Emily, Tyler, and Presley Dobbs; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Selena, Rosalina, and Mykal.She was preceded in death by her parents, Romana and Marcelino Vasquez; her sister, Concepcion Rodriguez; and the love of her life, Amador Rodriguez Jr.Tere will be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering love for her family, and the warmth she shared with everyone who knew her. Her legacy of compassion, strength, and generosity will live on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all whose lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.  A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:30 AM, at St. Catherines Catholic Church in Kennesaw, GA.
