Marshall Dean Leath


Marshall "Marty" Dean Leath, 62, of Acworth, passed away on November 19, 2023. He was born July 2, 1961 in Atlanta, GA. He was an engineering designer and avid fisherman. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Virginia Leath, and brother, Darrell Leath. He is survived by his wife, Patty Leath, his daughters, Cynthia (Dave) Leath and Lauren Leath, siblings, Linda (Lonnie) Brackett, Dennis (Joyce) Leath, Randall (Loretta) Leath and Sandy (Danny) Cartee, and various aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the American Lung Association.
