Raymond Lee Cagle, 71 of Cartersville Georgia passed away at home, surrounded his loving family February 3, 2022.
Mr. Cagle retired from Shaw Industries where he was employed for 38 years. As an avid gardener, he could often be found working in his garden, thrifting with his wife, or just hanging around with his side-kick Rocky. A loyal husband, dedicated father and grandfather, and great friend to many, he will be missed.
Mr. Cagle is preceded in death by his Father, Elbert Frank Cagle, His Mother-Margaret Aretta Dover Cagle, His siblings Marvin Cagle, Lois Kelly, Alma Jean Minshew, Carl Henry Cagle, Junior Cagle and an infant grandson Caleb Beau Cagle. He is survived by his loving wife Janice Cagle, his son Elbert (Bo) Cagle (Nikki) Daughters: Misty Hardin (Richard), Brandy Hicks (Timothy) Miranda Cagle-Hovers, Grandsons: Cameron Floyd, Seth Hardin, Tanner Hovers, Hayden Hicks, Grand-Daughters: Taylor Hicks and Amber Hardin and Siblings: Nancy Goss and Charles Cagle.
The family will receive family and friends on Tuesday, February 8th at 11 am with the funeral to follow at 1 pm. Services will be held at New Covenant Church of Carterville: located at 5425 SR-20 W Cartersville GA 30120. Pall Bearers: Seth Hardin, Cameron Floyd, Tanner Hovers, Hayden Hicks, Taylor Hicks, Stoney Smith, and Jimmy Hannah. Officiated by Reverend James Black.
