Timothy Lamont Moon

Timothy L. Moon born September 26 1956, in Atlanta Ga passed away peacefully on January 06 2026. Tim resided in Cartersville Ga and was a retired plumber. He was preceded in death by parents Thomas Moon and Joyce Jacks.

 He is survived by siblings Theresa Gore, Wayne Moon, Donna Huskins, James Jacks, Darren Conner and Derick Newberry and also aunt and uncle Vernon and Ruth Conner. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Tim was of Baptist faith and was a member of Cross Roads Baptist church. In his down time he greatly enjoyed sports and most of all wrestling. Tim always had a personality for entertaining and loved to laugh. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday January 12, 2026 from Crossroads Baptist Church at 1:00 pm with Rev. Harold Turner officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until funeral hour.
