Walter R. Dudley Jr.

Walter R. Dudley JR, 75, was born March 22, 1950, to the late Walter R. Dudley, SR and Mary Allen Dudley. Mr. Dudley passed away on January 5, 2026, at a local hospital.

Walt was a graduate of Norview High School, Norfolk, Virginia, Class of 1970. He worked in a variety of jobs with car dealerships in Virginia and Georgia.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Brenda D. Dudley and his cousin Kay Marie Moore.

Walt loved sports, was an avid bowler, memorabilia collector and wrestling enthusiast. He started attending wrestling matches with his mom as young as 7 or 8 years old and attended or watched matches for the rest of his life. He was well known and loved in the sports community in Virginia and Georgia. He was a die hard Yankees fan!

A celebration of life service will be held Thursday January 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Georgia Funeral Care 4671 S. Main Street Acworth, GA 30101. A visitation will begin at 12:00 noon until service hour.
