William (Bill) Henry Koontz

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William Henry Koontz Jr. at the age of 63 of Cartersville, GA passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025. Born on October 6th, 1961, in Kansas City, MO to William Henry Koontz Sr. and Joan Miller. He worked most of his career at Vinings  Kemria Chemical doing electrical maintenance. Survived by their loving spouse, Robin Koontz, and their children, Lindy Pelchat and Melissa Baggett (Caleb Baggett). Also survived by grandchildren, Christopher Pelchat, Ashlee Pelchat, Mason Pelchat, Luke Baggett, and Lux Baggett. Bill was a dad that not many are lucky enough to have and a loving provider to his wife. He enjoyed spending time with his dogs. Bill was known for fishing, hunting, and farming. He was passionate about his relationship with Christ and sharing it with others. Bill is remembered for doing the right thing, making good decisions and being passionate about having a plan.
