Cynthia Claire Lindsey passed away from covid-19 with her family by her side on January 21, 2021 at the age of 61.

Anyone who met Cynthia Lindsey, knew how much love radiated from her heart, but nothing made her happier than the simple things like playing board games with her family, sewing, and spending time with her friends.

Cynthia is survived by her three children Robert Cowles, Lindsey Cowles, Michael Cowles and her two brothers Ed and Cliff Lindsey. Her cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed at the elementary school where she worked as a paraprofessional. She will also be dearly missed by her friends at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church.

A visitation will be live-streamed on Thursday February 4, 2021 from 4-5 pm. The funeral service will also be live-streamed on Friday February 5, 2021 at 11am. Both services will use the same Zoom link at each service time as follows:

I was so very sad to hear the news of Cynthia passing. I met her about 5 years ago through JFBC - she was so kind and friendly to new people to the group. She will be dearly missed. We cherish the memories of Cynthia and anticipate the reunion with her. Hugs to her children. Reply to this comment

I met Cynthia several years ago through a mutual friend, and she often helped us out by offering babysitting services so my husband and I could enjoy a concert or a night out together. I was always amazed by her kindness, thoughtfulness, and resiliency. She was truly a bright and beautiful lady, and I will miss her dearly. Reply to this comment

I knew Cindy when she was a young lady. She was beautiful then and from the pictures I see is still beautiful. From what I read about her life she is dancing at the feet of Jesus Christ. I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ll be praying for her family Reply to this comment
