On Friday May 7, 2021 David Blackmon, loving husband to Thelma Blackmon and father of Mary-Jean, Ronnie, Cynthia, Lisa, Terry, Kimberly, and April passed away at the age of 84.

David was born on August 12, 1936. He was the youngest of 2 sisters and 3 brothers. He is preceded in death by his mother May Blackmon, his father Homer Blackmon and 3 children Teresa, Kenneth, and Tammy.

He lived a long, passionate, and fulfilling life in which he was able to see his kids grow up and bring his grandchildren into the world along with his great grandchildren.

The service will be held at Georgia Funeral Care and Cremation on Saturday May 15, 2021, from 2 - 5 PM.
