Mr. Kenneth Lamar Haney

Mr. Kenneth Lamar Haney passed away peacefully in his home in Acworth, GA on June 4, 2020 at the age of 79. He was born on May 24, 1941, in Thomaston, GA, to Herbert Clay Haney, Sr. and Myrtice Lee Mabry Haney. Kenneth married Patricia Ann Cheves on May 13, 1961.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Patricia, and his sons and grandchildren: his sons, Ralph Clay Haney and wife, Rebecca, of Dallas, John Russell Haney of Acworth, and his grandchildren; Alora Haney of Chattanooga, Tn, Brittaney Haney of Dallas, Tyler Haney of Tavares, FL, Chelsea (Matt) Cowan of Aragon and USMC Sergeant Nicklaus Haney, and great-granddaughter, Emerlyn Cowan. He is also survived by his brother, Larry Haney and his wife, Dori, of Dahlonega.

He is preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Wayne Haney, his brothers, Donald Ray Haney and Herbert Clay Haney Jr., and his sister, Shirley Haney Henderson Cobb. A private memorial service will be held at a later date and time.
