Shirley Jo Finney, aged 68, born March 24, 1952 in Akron, OH went on to join her heavenly father on February 4, 2021. Shirley, aka "Queen", lived her life sharing her love for the Lord, her love of family, music, travel, art, learning and food. Shirley walked in faith with Jesus every day of her life and will be singing glory in his presence wearing her wings like only the Queen can. Shirley was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Finney, whom she is surely celebrating with in heaven as we celebrate her here on earth. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her father Roy Finney of Akron, OH; brothers Pedro Finney of Riverdale, GA; James and Bree Finney of Grayson, GA and Henry Finney of Clarkston, GA; niece Katrina Finney and nephews Max Finney, Martez Walden, Rico and Aidan Finney and great niece Kendra; former sister-in-law Cynthia Finney, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Due to the Corona Virus there will be no funeral for Shirley as she was cremated as per her wish and will be scattered in the ocean at one of her favorite places, Destin, FL.
