Laura Juanita Clark, nee Gore of Cartersville, Georgia passed away at home on August 11, 2017. Born in Pine Log, Georgia September 20, 1930 to Charles and Ora (Fowler) Gore. Mrs. Clark is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Reverend John H. Clark, her parents and siblings Geneva Nation, Mary Roberts, Ruth Satterfield, Francis Ward, Charles Gore, Jr., Eugene Gore and Gladys Sentell. Survived by her children, Larry Clark (Shell), Deborah Kelly (Tim) and John A. Clark (Margi), nine grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and all those whose lives were touched by our Mother. 

The family would like to thank Dr. Roger Hiser and the members of Amedisys hospice staff for wonderful support and care. A special thanks to Renee Brady and Kevin Ledford at the Dwayne Adam Personal Care Home for their care and role during her illness and all the friends and loved ones who traveled this journey home with our sweet Juan. Tentative services are planned for a graveside service on October 27th at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church cemetery.
