Milton Meier

Milton Meier, 81, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2016, surrounded by his loving wife and three children.

Milton was born February 15, 1935, in Shiner, Texas. He spent his life traveling to far corners of the world and experiencing everything the world had to offer.

Milton is survived by his wife, Maryam Khalvati Meier, daughter Mandy, and sons Matthew and David.

Milton will be most remembered for his incredible kindness and selflessness to everyone in his life. He was truly an honorable man whose genuine smile would warm anyone’s heart.

The graveside service will be held Sunday, January 8, 2016, at 1:00pm at:
Arlington Memorial Park
201 Mount Vernon Hwy, Sandy Springs, GA 30328

Followed by a reception at 2:00 PM held at:
Zafron Restaurant
236 Johnson Ferry Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328

Milton loved bright colors and the family asks that anyone attending his service wear something bright in honor of him.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s foundation.
