Mary Elizabeth McWhorter

Mary Elizabeth McWhorter, age 83, went home to be with her Lord on August 14, 2020.  She was a resident of Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing.  She was a loving mother, sister and Nanny. She had a great sense of humor, she loved playing pranks on her family and friends, and always loved life to its fullest.  She attended Grace Temple Church for as long as she was able and was loved by everyone who knew her.  Mary is survived by 4 children, Dewitt (MIldred) McEntyre of Hiram, GA., David (Tammy) McEntyre of Taylorsville, GA, Debbie (Tony) Stegall of White, GA., Doyle Jr. (Kristy) McWhorter of Rome, GA., 1 sister, Rita Jay or Emerson, GA, 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 on the way.  Funeral services will be private, but the public is welcome for the internment service at Kennesaw Memorial Park, Marietta, GA at 12:00 PM, Thursday, August 20, 2020.
