I worked with Lou for several years at Kennestone. I was new to the South and loved hearing about her family. We had some good talks on the phone in recent times. I will miss hearing her voice. Reply to this comment

My heart is broken for you, Sheila and Hunter. Miss Lou held a special place in all of our hearts. She watched over many of our family members, when needed. A dear friend to Dot and Johnny. Always an ear to be bent when she was in her gardens, or if too busy, a sincere wave. May you continue to remember the good times. She was one of a kind, and we’re so thankful to have known her. Well done good and faithful servant. Love and hugs ❤️ Reply to this comment

I will miss her so much! She always kept me laughing with things she would always say like “ well foot!” Or just a simple “ well…” or “ Did you hear that….” , “ They’s too expensive” “ Hush! You sound like Sheila!” Etc. She was so loved! And will be greatly missed Reply to this comment
