Phil is the kind of person you never forget. He was a friend to everyone who met him. No matter how long or short of time he was involved in your life, he always made a lasting impression. As many people have said, his smile and loving presence will never be forgotten. No one could brighten that smile more than his beloved Angie and Claudia! My love and prayers go out to you both and the rest of Phil’s family. Rest In Peace my friend. ❤️❤️ Reply to this comment

Phil was a sea of tranquility in a world of chaos. He was a peaceful soul who radiated that peace outward to everyone he met. I'm honored to have come to know Phil in the last several years. A happy man with a generous heart. Reply to this comment
