Glenn William Cline

Glenn William Cline, age 69,of Cartersville, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2018, following a briefillness.  He was born November 1, 1948 to William (Bill) Roscoe Cline andBessie Mae Ferguson Cline, who preceded him in death.  He is survived byhis sister, Betty Jean Carducci (Sam), nephews Rod Dabbs (Sandy) and DannyCarducci (Amy), niece Vicki Maxson (John) and four great nieces, IsabellaCarducci, Amanda, Hannah and Sarah Maxson.

Glenn, served proudly in theUnited States Army in the Vietnam War.  He was awarded the Silver Star onDecember 22, 1970 for “Gallantry in action involving conflict with an armedhostile enemy force in the Republic of Vietnam.” He was also awarded a PurpleHeart.

A Memorial Service will beconducted, with full Military Honors, on Monday, June 4, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. atEmerson United Methodist Church. The family will receive visitors at the churchbeginning at 1:30 p.m.
