Gregory Wrobleski, 68, of Canton, Georgia, died peacefully early Monday morning, May 29, 2017.

He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Louis and Betty Wrobleski, in 1948. Greg graduated from Western Michigan University in 1975. He married Diane in 1973. They lived in Michigan and New Jersey before relocating to Georgia in 1999.

Greg was a life-long Detroit Lions fan and an avid Nascar enthusiast, whose favorite track was in Bristol, Tennessee.

Greg is survived by daughters, Alicia and Jennifer; son, Brad, daughter-in-law, Heather, and grandsons, Bentley and Cooper.

A military internment will be held on Monday, June 5, 2017, 11 AM, at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia, and the memorial service will be held on Monday, June 5, 2017, 1 PM, in the chapel of Georgia Funeral Care & Cremation, 4671 S. Main St. Acworth, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the National Brain Tumor Society at http://braintumor.org/.

My thoughts and prayers for your family. I worked with Greg a number of years at the Timken Canton Plant and he talked many times of his family and going to races with his son. Greg was a good man and always ready to help. Very sorry for your loss. Reply to this comment
