Timothy Jearel Scoggins

Timothy Jearel Scoggins Of Dallas, Georgia, passed away January 22, 2017, in Cedartown, Georgia. He was 37 years old. He was born in Marietta, Georgia, on January 20, 1980. He is survived by his mother Cathy Seevers, and stepfather Jesse Seevers, his father, Jearel Scoggins, and stepmother Eve Scoggins, five sisters, Sheri Hickman, Kari Scoggins, Kayleigh Scoggins, Jessica and Melissa Seevers, one brother, Dean Scoggins, three children, Aaliyah Layhew, Trinity Scoggins and Kayden Scoggins, grandmother Evelyn Rakestraw, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Tim was an avid sports fan, he loved the Atlanta Falcons, Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Hawks, and he also loved music.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017, 11:00 AM, in the chapel of Georgia Funeral Care, 4671 S. Main St., Acworth, Georgia. The family will receive friends for a viewing on Friday, February 3, 2017, from 6–9 PM at the funeral home.
